Amy was really anxious before she started at Simply Gym.
She would only go to classes as she didn’t know what she was doing, but Richard and the team really helped her feel confident in the gym. They told me exactly what I needed to do to reach my goals in the free PT session he gave both me and my friend Daisy.
Amy is now in the Gym at least 3 days a week and actually misses it if she doesn’t go. She’s lost 2 stone in weight and loves the gym and community feel it has.
The gym has also become part of her social life and there’s nothing she enjoys more than a yoga class on a Saturday morning with her friends!
