Laura joined Simply Gym as she struggled with her mobility & suffered with severe back pain.
Since having personal training sessions with James, she’s regained full mobility and her back pain has stopped!

I began training at Simply Gym to try and claw back some control over my body. In the last 4 months, I have not only increased my mobility (previously unable to lift both arms above my head), but I have also bettered my mental health and discovered strength didn’t know I had in me.
I used to drag myself to the gym. After starting personal training with James and being introduced to other staff members, I love my time there!
Everyone, staff and members alike, are willing to help and support as well as just giving a friendly smile and ‘hello’.
James and Simply Gym have changed my life so much. I have gone from being a frequent hospital patient with low mobility and in tonnes of pain, to being able to lift more than my own body weight, attending HIIT classes and even rushing from work to make it to spin!
