Stephanie’s fitness journey started back in August 2017, at the time she was 18st, 11lbs and a size 24.

 

She did no physical activity and found climbing stairs a challenge at the age of 28, so she decided to do something about it by starting to exercise.

Fast forward to March 2019, she’s lost nearly 8 stone, become a personal trainer and more importantly about to take part in her first charity boxing match at the end of the month. She considers herself proof that anyone can get fit and that with time and patience, anything is possible!
