Exciting news... Simply Gym Gorseinon is becoming JD Gyms Gorseinon! We're excited to announce that Simply Gym Gorseinon is going into a major refurbishment and will be re-opening later this summer as JD Gyms Gorseinon! We'll be improving the free weights zone, adding brand-new plate-loaded kit and additional cable machines and upgrading the cardio equipment. We’ll also be improving the functional training zone and creating an enhanced glute and tone area, as well as making extensive decor improvements and upgrades to the changing rooms.

Work will begin on Tuesday 23rd July. To keep disruption to your workouts to a minimum, the gym will remain open for the majority of the work. We will have a short closure period prior to our re-opening later this summer, which we will confirm nearer the time, as we hope to get as much done as possible whilst we are open.
