LFconnect is a cloud-based application that provides easy integration between apps and our LifeFitness equipment, allowing you to personalise your workouts, set workout plans, track progress and more.
To get set all you have to do is download the app, install it and connect your phone / smart technology to a compatible machine via Bluetooth or a wire.
Once you are setup you can:
- View live exercise data and track your progress
- Connect wearable devices like the FitBit to track variables, such as weekly calories burned, against set goals
- Scan a QR code on compatible LifeFitness strength equipment to track your strength-training workouts, watch instructional videos and monitor your form
- Tailor the equipment to your needs
- Enter your own personalised workout and save these into a library for future use
- Plan and schedule workouts
- Automatically log and save outdoor training session through GPS tracking
- Turn your device into a secondary screen, which shows your heart-rate, speed, distance, incline, calories burnt and more whilst you are working out.

Already tracking through a different app? Don’t worry, our Life Fitness equipment also connects to other third-party fitness apps so there’s no need to switch!
