Despite the typically British downpours, we’ve not lost our momentum here at Simply Gym. Here’s a quick summary of everything that has been going on this Summer…

Welcome to the family, Uxbridge and Southend.

It’s been a really exciting few weeks for us as we have just purchased two gyms from Rush Fitness – our first gyms in England.

These new gyms are home to everything that makes Simply Gym so different, with a few added benefits. Along with state of the art equipment, free classes and an amazing team our new gyms are also open 24 hours a day!

New Equipment

We take member feedback as seriously as cheat day, ensuring we always collect and listen to your suggestions.

Our Llansamlet members recently requested some new equipment, so we’ve made sure it has been delivered! We’ve bought in an extra 300kgs of weight discs, cable attachments and new medicine balls this week.

We love re-investing into our facilities to ensure you get the best training experience possible.

If there’s anything you would like to request make sure you pop a note into our suggestion boxes!

Summer Pass Ends

Our Summer Pass initiative – 2 weeks for £9.99 – has now come to a close. We’d like to thank all members who gifted a pass to their friends, as well as all pass holders who came to try Simply Gym.

Guess Who’s Back?

Guess who’s back… Back again! Monday evening classes at Simply Gym Llansamlet will see the return of veteran Personal Trainer Matt Jacobs! He will be taking from 5:30pm onwards every Monday. Be sure to get yourself booked in!
