Christmas is just one week away! We’re super excited for all of the food, drink and festivities to come but we don’t want you to lose your momentum.
With that in mind we are going to try and stay open as much as possible for you.
Here are the Christmas opening times for our gyms in Cwmbran, Gorseinon and Llansamlet;
Saturday 23 December: Normal opening hours 6:30am to 8pm
Sunday 24 December: 6:30am to 4pm (early close)
Monday 25 December BH: Closed
Tuesday 26 December BH: Closed
Wednesday 27 December: Normal opening 5:30am to 10pm
Thursday 28 December: Normal opening 5:30am to 10pm
Friday 29 December: Normal opening 5:30am to 10pm
Saturday 30 December: Normal opening 6:30am to 8pm
Sunday 31 December NYE: 6:30am to 6pm (early close)
Monday 1 January BH: 11am to 4pm (reduced hours)
Tuesday 2 January: Normal opening 5:30am to 10pm
Our Southend and Uxbridge gyms will be open 24/7 as usual.
