Tanya has enjoyed health and fitness since high school. In year 10 she chose to take GCSE PE & GCSE Dance and also did extra curricular activities such as break dance and gym clubs after school which is what made her want to work in a gym. Tanya has been in the Fitness industry since she left school where she jumped straight into her level 2 Fitness Instructor apprenticeship.
