Cwmbran’s newest gym, Simply Gym, will be opening its doors at 10am on Monday 25th January.
Located at the Leisure@Cwmbran centre in the heart of Cwmbran, the site will be Simply Gym’s third and newest club and they are confident that it is their best to date.
Full of the latest top of the range Life Fitness equipment, the range and quality on offer will not disappoint. The club will feature web-enabled machines, a full range of treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and step machines, stretch areas and a large “synrgy” rig for functional training and variety.
As an official Hammer Strength Certified training centre you’ll also find what Simply Gym think is the best range of strength training and free weights around.
