James has a fitness background in Mixed Martial Arts and has 2 black belts! He has coached a range of students from children to professional cage fighters. He’s studied a range of Martial Arts for over 30 years. He’s also coached Rugby League Under 18’s in the South Wales Rugby Academy.
James has a keen interest in anything nutrition, well being and general fitness. Before becoming a full-time Personal Trainer this year, James taught Science to 11-18 year old’s since 2005. In his spare time, he likes nothing more than to relax in the sauna.
