Jon’s dad was a champion bodybuilder so from as young as he can remember he’s been around the gym environment. Training in all aspects of fitness from weight training to boxing as well as insanely intense boot camps. His drive is to transform his clients and get the results they want. He wants to share his knowledge with people in order to improve their confidence and self-esteem levels. He will motivate you to work hard and be able to see the changes for yourself.
