About Karl

Having worked in retail for 12 1/2 years Karl retrained to become a personal trainer to follow his passion for training and helping others.

Karl has always had an interest in health and fitness, playing rugby and taking classes in karate and kickboxing from a young age. Through his own training over the past 5 years Karl has successfully gained muscle and improved his fitness by following a relevant training programme.

Karl is passionate about health and fitness and helping others to reach their goals and full potential.
