About Sarah-Jane

After being on and off the fitness wagon since her early 20s, Sarah is well and truly back on! When Sarah first started training, she wanted to achieve the opposite to most girls her age and bulk up. It was soon after this that Sarah discovered her love for weight training and 12 months later she competed in her first fitness modelling competition. Over more recent years, training to Sarah has become more about how she feels mentally and physically rather than how she looks while maintaining a healthy weight which in turn gives her confidence. For Sarah, training is meditation in motion.

Sarah is always looking to expand her knowledge about all areas of fitness and nutrition which will allow her to tailor training programs to each client. After all everyone is different, and the key is in the name ‘personal’ training.
