Please Follow these Safety Steps

Do not come to the Gym if you have any of the following symptoms.

  • a high temperature
  • a new or persistant cough
  • a loss or change in your sense of smell or taste

Book your Gym session and classes in advance – Do not attend the Gym without a booking. Use our app to book sessions and classes

Adhere to the times of your booked session or class. Bookings open 48 hours before the start of the session

Please observe social distancing rules at all times

Wash your hands regularly and use the hand gel provided in between

Only exercise in clearly marked exercise locations and do not move equipment around

Clean all exercise equipment before and after use with the cleaning products provided

Wear clean Gym clothes on every visit to the Gym and do not bring a sweat towel
